1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ex333 website, mobile site and all associated services accessible at ex333.io.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by a player upon completing the ex333 registration process.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "ex333" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets or promotional amounts added to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary amount a Player must stake on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identity documents including but not limited to National ID cards, passports and utility bills acceptable to ex333 for know-your-customer (KYC) purposes.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by ex333 policy.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform. ex333 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. If ex333 determines at any time that a Player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active ex333 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment wallets are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, ex333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate all balances, including real-money deposits, without prior notice.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. ex333 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ex333 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any particular country or region. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Security and Verification

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ex333 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.2 KYC Verification

ex333 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. We reserve the right to request Verification Documents from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued National ID card or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet in the account holder's name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of the request will result in account suspension. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts with outstanding KYC requirements.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

ex333 monitors all account activity for signs of fraud, money laundering, or policy violations. Any account that triggers our fraud detection systems may be suspended immediately pending investigation. During any investigation, the Player will not have access to their account balance. ex333 will communicate the outcome of investigations within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ex333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. Accepted methods are subject to change; current options are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. ex333 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically credited to your ex333 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. ex333 is not liable for delays caused by payment provider downtime, bank processing times or network issues outside our control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. ex333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the ex333 account. ex333 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. If a deposit was made via a specific payment method, the first withdrawal may be required to go back to the same method up to the value of the original deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits issued by ex333 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which include the applicable wagering requirement, qualifying games, minimum odds (where relevant), expiry period and any maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any withdrawal can be initiated. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the player must wager a total of ৳20,000 on eligible games before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money funds in your account are always available for withdrawal regardless of outstanding bonus wagering requirements, unless a "sticky" bonus has been accepted where real-money and bonus funds are combined.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ex333 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend accounts where we detect or reasonably suspect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players to accumulate bonus credits.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Offers

ex333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply for that specific instance of the bonus.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game-Specific Rules

Each game and betting market available on ex333 is governed by its own set of rules, displayed within the game interface or betting market. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before participating. ex333's decision on the outcome of any game or bet is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.

6.2 Void Bets and Technical Errors

ex333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed malfunction or pricing mistake. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's account. ex333 is not obligated to honour bets placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error due to system malfunction.

6.3 Sports Betting Results

Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL organisers for Bangladesh Premier League matches). Where an official result is not available, ex333 will use the result reported by at least two independent reputable sources. In the event of any dispute regarding match outcomes, ex333's decision following investigation is final.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet and stake limits apply across all games and markets. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet. ex333 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions at its sole discretion, including where a player is identified as a consistently high-value winner across certain markets.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ex333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration or verification information
• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in chargebacks or unauthorised payment disputes after using deposited funds for betting activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other player accounts or ex333 internal systems
• Selling, transferring or purchasing ex333 accounts
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ex333 staff or other players via support channels

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ex333 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text content, software code and structural elements — is the intellectual property of ex333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ex333.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ex333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages or circumstances beyond ex333's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses arising from decisions made based on inaccurate information displayed due to data feed errors or third-party provider failures
• Any legal or regulatory consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted

ex333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ex333 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your ex333 account at any time by contacting the support team via the contact details provided on the Platform. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any positive real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and wagering conditions on any active bonus funds.

10.2 Suspension by ex333

ex333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account with or without prior notice where we determine that a Player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required to comply with our responsible gaming obligations. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, ex333 may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. All bonus funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances not subject to active investigations or disputes will be returned to the verified account holder through the standard withdrawal process.
